Very happy to be in Cornwall again after a ten year break. Happy memories are coming back from many family holidays in the past. Lovely site, very friendly staff and cannot fault anything
Generally speaking a good site, not far from Looe itself. Unfortunately with there new key card system it made it very difficult to get in and out of the site. We came down in 2 car's, only 1 card issued and when asked if they could open the barrier to let us out we were told they would only do it once and quite curtly told to manage ourselves better!!! we even offered a 10 deposit for a pitch key that was no longer in use and told 'no' . If you have a car park behind barriers then you should have a way of getting in and out!! also they shut one toilet block and expect everyone on site to use the lower block which in the mornings there were far too many people for it to cope with.
Big site with the usual Caravan club facilities but with the added bonus of a fantastic swimming pool,a tennis court and a bit of an iffy crazy golf. Looe itself is lovely and only a short distance from the site, you can walk it in just over half an hour but there is also a regular bus service. Great site beautifully kept and with a great (enclosed) dog walk
Great pool, park, mini golf, tennis & basketball court for tje kids to use. Pool well maintained and monitored by an attendant so everyone gets a fair go of busy. A few bits in the shop. The toilet blocks are fantastic. Cleaned daily lots of space, nice staff. A real credit to the club.
Well maintained with friendly wardens on site. Excellent facilities... toilets and showers , hairdryers and piped music! Shop on site provides good basic range. Dog exercise area secure - rabbits to chase! Quiet site given the number of motorhomes and caravans. Short bus ride ( number 72) into Looe.
