Always have an amazing meal here. Cannot fault it at all. Staff are really friendly and it is really clean. It's the only place we can fit 3 courses in :-). Our favourite restaurant in Cornwall and cannot recommend it highly enough. If you are in Looe it's a must. I'd recommend booking in advance too to save disappointment.
Had a meal with my wife here on a recent visit to Looe. The place was busy but the service was good and the food excellent. The scallops were beautifully cooked. Would definitely go back again.
This was our best meal on our stay to Looe. The restaurant itself is nicely done - fairly dark atmospheric, but very well done with it, and it comes across as the centuries old building it is.Good selection on the menu, mainly fish based - I had a Cornish Ling, which was cooked very well, with a lovely sauce - absolutely delicious. My wife had the Lemon Sole, also very good. The kids menu has a decent range of choices, for a reasonable price. Our two had the ravioli, which they rated as the best meal of their holiday too.I finished with the White Chocolate and Raspberry cheesecake - great taste and texture, really enjoyed it. Service was excellent too - quick and attentive.All in all, a fantastic meal - I'd say slightly more expensive than some of the other places we went to in Looe, but not ridiculously so, and well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.
