This is yet the most homy B&B I have ever experienced through out the trips. I stayed there 3 nights. I paid 35 per night. The service from the two elderly were not only professional, they cared about the quality that was delivered to the traveller as well as the experience the traveller had with the town. The overall experience from this place is extremely amazed compared to the price wise. For example, the quality and the presentation of breakfast was at its five star. One morning I said I feel so full. The elderly replied ohh I finally defect you. Then I realised they might have actually gave me a 2 people meals one morning for the price of one just to ensure I had the energy to hike another 15miles. They have a heart to look after their customer. The restaurants in Looe closes at 9pm which was very early for me. They recommended the well known restaurants to me and warned me of the closing time to not to skip dinner. They also booked the place at the restaurant for me for two nights to ensure I did not skip my meal to recover for the next day hiking trip. The restaurants they have recommended were amazing. I am indeed deeply appreciate with the great service here. The especially like the balcony or the open space. It allows traveller to eat with natural day light. It also allow traveller to rest outside during day time to enjoy the overall view of Looe. The room I stayed in is extremely clean. The quality of facilities is personally more than the price paid. I am so glad that I booked this place to have such a pleasant journey at Looe.

Had a lovely stay at the old bridge house for the looe music festival. It was immaculate inside with the lovely Colin and his wife as perfect hosts. Lovely banter. Fantastic breakfast was cooked. It was perfect. We would defiantly recommend you staying here.

Stunning location and excellent hosts. Rooms are spotless and the breakfast is amazing. It's a must!

Excellent place to stay, would highly recommend for anyone wanting a good guest house in the perfect location. Situated on the harbour with lovely views from the terrace. Colin and Liz were great hosts, giving you enough space to relax but also being readily available if needed. The breakfast was definitely a 5 star and I would stay again just for this. Thanks for a great stay
